Crescent moon and Venus (under it and to the right) taken from the terrace on the north side of the American Museum of Natural History. I saw a lecture on planets and constellations inside the planetarium and then everyone took turns looking through telescopes outside.

I’m sitting on the floor under the big blue whale at AMNH. I decided to try and create a picture of what’s above me using the AutoStitch app. I took 38 pictures. This is the outcome. Not exactly what I expected but kind of cool nonetheless. (Camera+)

I visited the AMNH the other day and took some pics with my iPhone. I’m pretty sure that gone are the days I bring my Nikon to museums… I’ve done that. It’s fun. After awhile, though, I feel like I’m just taking the same photos as everyone else. I’m having fun with iPhone photo apps lately (new ones I’m using a lot are Instagram and CrossProcess). Plus that camera’s lighter! So, that’s what’s happening lately.
